  • Online Availability

  • If a product is available online, you will be able to add the item to cart. You will be receiving an order confirmation email once you have placed the order. However, product purchased online may not be in stock even after the order confirmation. If we are not able to fulfil your order, COURTS(s) customer representative will contact you to offer an alternative product or full refund.
  • The products available online will differ from time to time. This is determine by the stock availability and promotions. You may search for the product on our site to check if the product is available online.

There is no restriction on the number of products you can order.

  • For products on offer, we may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
  • These restrictions may be enforced on orders placed from the same COURTS Online account or credit card, and sometimes even orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address.
  • Should a restriction apply, a notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided within the next business day.

We try our best to make sure this will not happen through stringent checks and follow-ups, but should it occur:

  • If the product is currently unavailable, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or an alternative product model.
  • Should the options offered be deemed not suitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase.

Installment Payment Plan (IPP)

IPP is an interest-free installment payment plan from 6 months to 12 months that we offer to our customers as one of our payment options.

  1. Add your product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. To opt for an interest-free installment payment plan (IPP), spend minimum of RM500 in a single order.
  2. Select IPP bank payment method.
  3. Proceed to make payment and select your preferred credit card type.
  4. Enter your credit card details.
  5. Select your preferred instalment payment plan.
  6. Complete the payment.
  7. The full amount of your purchase will be reflected in your order confirmation email. (Please note that your monthly payment will be reflected in your next monthly credit card statement).

For the time being, thhis plan is applicable for Maybank and CIMB credit card holder (for online purchase).

Yes, minimum purchase is RM 500 - either a single product or a combination of products which add up to RM 500 or more per checkout.

No deposit is required.

No, there are no other processing or additional fees. You only have to pay the total transaction value.

You are not able to change or choose another payment method once the order has been submitted.

The transaction will be processed immediately once the purchase amount is deducted from your credit card.

No, this IPP is only applicable for credit cards. IPP is unavailable for debit cards.

If you've registered an account on our Courts Website, you will automatically become our Homeclub member.

If you have agreed to receive mailings, you will occasionally receive emails, phone calls, SMSes and direct mails from COURTS. You will be informed of all the great benefits and savings such as promotional codes, promotion information, invitations to our members' preview sales, and much more.

  3. Select your topics of interests under “Hobbies/Interests”.

Note: It may take up to 30 working days to remove you from our e-mail marketing lists, up to 30 days for phone calls/SMS list, and up to six weeks for direct mail.

  2. You will need to provide the Postal ID, Mobile No, and Email address that you used during registration for identity verification.
  3. We recommend that you periodically update your password for security purposes, and retain it for future reference.

  3. For orders that have not been delivered or full payment have not been made, they will be reflected as “In Progress”. Orders that have been delivered with full payment received will be reflected as “Completed”.
  4. You can register previous store purchases that were not captured online. You just need to have the receipt/sales transaction number and the grand total on the receipt.

We're not be able to provide you with any specific delivery time window, but the latest delivery should be no later than 7PM daily excluding Public Holiday.

For any Furniture/Bedding or Electrical items, please take the dimension and measurement of the product you will be ordering to ensure this item can fit into the room intended/ lifts/elevator/ stairwells/passages and/or corridors. Our delivery team will not dismantle doors and/or windows to avoid any damage to your property.

In the event of bulky items that are unable to fit into the lift, our delivery team will use the staircase and carry the product in a non-hazardous manner.

Please be advised reschedule of your delivery date may be required if 3 or more extra manpower needed. However, if the delivery process is deemed hazardous, (e.g risk damaging the product or public property, obstruction of passageway, etc), COURTS reserves the right to offer a reselection of products in consultation with you and our sales staff.

  • Check the condition of the product. If you find the goods to be faulty or defective, reject the order. To facilitate handling and processing of such incidents, please help us indicate the reason for refusal of delivery on the Delivery Note.
  • A COURTS representative will contact you within 2 business days for further action.
  • Do check for the product warranty card; some product warranties may need to be registered via the brand’s online website.
  • Some of the goods advertised on our website come with a manufacturer's warranty. You may contact the manufacturer directly for details relating to the available manufacturer's warranty (if any).

We offer 2 types of delivery/collection methods for orders from the COURTS Online:

  1. Click & Collect (Currently is not available until further notice).
  2. Standard Delivery either by our logistic team or local courier service.

If your checkout amount is below RM500, you will see the corresponding delivery rates at checkout page.

Standard delivery with COURTS enables you to shop online and deliver your order to your stipulated destination.

What are the exclusions?

The timing of the delivery will be pre-arranged with you.

Our friendly delivery team will call you for a gentle reminder before delivering the items. Should you not able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item.

In the event that there is no one is at home to receive the delivery, our team will leave a “not in” card stating that they attempted to deliver the item. You may call 03-3000 8998 or the mobile number stated on the “not in” card to arrange for another delivery schedule.

For delivery performed by our suppliers, you will only be able to view delivery timing period but not able to view the exact vehicle location.

Home Delivery: All delivery will take from 1 to 5 working days, unless stipulated otherwise. Please note that East Malaysia delivery will take longer time up to 28 working days , if the stocks not available in East Malaysia warehouse. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up.

Currently we only deliver within Malaysia addresses.

  • Installation

Aircond : Based on HP and Installation area.

Furniture : RM45 / 30 minutes

At the moment, we do provide TV installation service. You may engage your third party contractor for the installation.

At the moment, we do provide installation service for ceiling fan and portable aircon.

  • Exchanges & Returns

If you found some defective or damaged product with the product purchased at our physical store.You should contact the manufacturer directly for details relating to the available manufacturer's warranty (if any).

- Manufacturer will inspect the goods
- Manufacturer will provide confirmation for exchange*
- Once confirmed by the manufacturer, COURTS Customer Service Team will contact you for exchange* (Arrangement within seven (7) working days from no (2) above)

Note: *The exchange will be subject to the discretion of COURTS. COURTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND DEEMED UNFIT OR UNREASONABLE
